The dough base is where every bread begins. We use Hard Red Spring Wheat to achieve a standard level of excellence as a baseline for all of our custom breads and buns.
SWEET, RICH, SPROUTED, GRAINED, SOUR
This is where your custom breads and buns become a showpiece. A variety of toppings can be applied and also enhanced by an array of natural baked-in colors or shines to give an original, and unique look.
SEEDED, ONIONS, CHEESES, GRAINS
Not to be confused with topping, the topography is the exterior shape of your custom breads and buns. Add another layer of customization to your product. For added visual interest we have the capability to add scoring to the crown of the bun. Single cut double cut, triple cut or even cross cut.
DOUBLE CUT, CROSS-CUT, TRIPLE CUT
Glazes & Shines
Adding shine and glaze can provide your final product with a memorable and unique look. Glazes and shines include After-glo, Sunset Glaze, and Egg Wash.
