Highland Baking Co.’s Quality Assurance program uses planned and systematic procedures that enable us to provide the consistency, quality and safety our customers demand. We incorporate a combination of product standards and testing, that may include Sightline inspection systems, personnel oversight and communication checks throughout the production facility and process.
